MOKENA , IL – Marty Ozinga, President of Ozinga Brothers, Inc., announced Monday he is seeking the Republican nomination in Illinois ’ 11th Congressional District.
He released the following statement Monday:
“After much prayer and careful consideration – and at the urging of Republican leaders, 11th District voters and my family – I have decided to run for Congress to be a positive part of the process of returning to the foundational truths established by our forefathers.
“Over the next few months, I will ask Republicans, independents and Democrats to join me in addressing the concerns of the people of the 11th District, as well as the nation.
“I feel a unique calling to accept this opportunity in gratitude to a community and nation that have given us so much. As we choose truth, we can look forward to a future filled with hope.”
