  • reduce required number of expensive gasoline blends

Suspend the Filling of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve

  • temporarily stop government from taking oil off the market

Repeal State Sales Tax on Gas

  • eliminate the 6.25% Illinois sales tax on gasoline
  • saves 25 cents per gallon at $4-per-gallon
